Birth is a sacred physiological process that under ordinary circumstances does not require medical intervention. Our bodies are designed to give birth! As a Holistic Birth Consultant I flow with that understanding in the way I support birth. I trust the natural birthing process and I deeply respect autonomous birth. I know that the body is genius and that when given the opportunity the body usually does what it needs to. I believe that Mamas are the experts of their own bodies and so I listen to Mamas. What I have found is that most Mamas want to be nurtured and reassured during pregnancy and birth. Most Mamas who are aligned to work with me don’t desire or require management. The thing I’ve experienced Mamas to want is authetic connection and sovereign devotion. My support is based on the individual needs of the Mama and family I am supporting. I do my best not to project my own beliefs, thoughts and ideas ahead of the family I am supporting. I respect authentic informed consent and after I provide families with relevant information they can utilizeto make decisions, I step back and allow them people to choose their path. I consider myself to be both an intuitive birth witness. I allow spirit to guide me through the journey,

I have been Breastfeeding for almost decade. I have Breastfed all four of my children successfully and so much wisdom has come through my personal experiences as a Breastfeeding Mama. I Breastfed my way through attaining my undergraduate degree and then through working a full-time job for several years. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor as well. I’m very passionate and knowledgeable about Breastfeeding. I would be humbled to assist you in meeting your Breastfeeding goals.
